We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns need to be pre-approved. Contact us through our customer support contact page. You will be given the option for an exchange for the same item or for a store credit in the form of a coupon code. Coupon codes can be used for up to 1 year. We do not refund, and coupon codes only cover the amount of the product you are returning, not for shipping. We process returns on a case by case basis, and if we feel your return is not authorized you will not be credited, so please do not return an item unless it has been approved.
