Omni Assembly ServiceThis is a professional full assembly service — not a kit.
You will receive a completely assembled and tested Voyagers Omni replica, ready to use.Due to ongoing tariffs on China-manufactured components, we are temporarily unable to offer the complete Omni at our original retail price. To deliver the best value and fastest turnaround, we have partnered with Thangs (a USA-based manufacturer powered by Shapeways) for the three cast brass components: the Omni Body, Omni Lid and Omni Lens holder.
Follow this link to order the parts from Thangs. https://thangs.com/designer/www.replicaprops.comHow the Process Works:
  1. Purchase the Omni Body ($500) Omni Lid ($450) and Omni Lens Holder ($50) directly from Thangs.
  2. Have all parts shipped to our workshop (address provided after ordering).
  3. Place your order for the Omni Assembly Service (this listing). I am keeping this listing as showing out of stock until you notify me you are ready to order. This is to prevent inadvertent orders from people who misunderstand this listing. Just message me letting me know you ordered your brass parts from Thangs and I will turn on this listing for you to order.
  4. We professionally assemble, test, and finish the entire Omni using your supplied Body and Lid plus all remaining high-quality components.
  5. We ship the fully assembled and tested Omni directly back to you.
This method keeps your total investment lower than if we imported the full set ourselves under current tariffs, while ensuring immediate availability of the major parts and expert U.S.-based assembly. What’s Included in the Assembly Service:
  • Complete professional assembly and rigorous functional testing of all electronics
  • Laser-engraved dials
  • Manually machined globe housing and plunger button
  • Brass back plate
  • Spring steel belt clip
  • Long-lasting battery and loud speaker
  • 7 magnetically connected globes
  • All necessary hardware and fasteners
  • Final quality inspection and secure shipping packaging
Every Omni is fully built, tested for reliable performance, and delivered screen-accurate and ready to display or use.Important Notes:
  • This is not a kit. You will not receive loose parts. We assemble everything and ship you the finished product.
  • Do not order this assembly service until you have purchased the Body and Lid from Thangs and shipped them to us.
  • Assembly is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This service is exclusively for customers supplying their own Thangs-manufactured brass Body, lens holder and Lid.
We are committed to providing the highest-quality Voyagers Omni replica possible during these tariff challenges. This assembly option gives you a premium, fully working prop with full U.S.-based support and no surprises.Thank you for your support — we look forward to assembling your Omni!
